Every listing shows the sizes we hold. If you're between sizes, email us your bust/waist/hip measurements and we'll recommend the best fit before you order — free of charge. Made-to-order gowns can be sized exactly to you.

In-stock gowns ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are typically ready in 5–7 days. All US orders include tracking; delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping.

Unworn dresses with tags may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Made-to-order pieces are final sale (unless faulty — we'll make it right). Contact us with your order number to start.

Spot clean with a damp cloth, store on a padded hanger in a garment bag, and keep away from direct sunlight. For anything more involved, a specialist cleaner familiar with crystal work is ideal.
